PREMIUM INCREASE OF 25% WITH NO CLAIMS

<p>Today I find out, because I called ABSA IDIRECTthat my premiums are to increase by 25%. As the policy says there will be an increase year on year, this is clear so the telephone operator tells me. What however, is apparently not clear is that they can increase as much as they like. 25% is nothing short of day light *******. I have been with this company for 5 years and never made a claim. Apparently my car parts should my car be in an accident have something to do with it. Surely there should be a limit on the amount that can be increased? Either way, this just shows me that ABSA IDIRECT are a bunch of *****s! </p>
