Praise for consultant Sinenhlanhla Dlamini from ABSA.
My compliments to ABSA consultant Sinenhlanhla Dlamini for going out of her way to assist me on 26 Feb 2025 with my query. At that point my call was transferred 7 times already, so she took my number, called me back when the line had cut and she arranged a conference call between herself, another consultant from another department and myself, to get to the bottom of my query. She is a true asset to ABSA and as a result my frustration turned into praise. Well done ABSA. You have great people working for you.
