Poorest Service by far

Worst ever! Took a month to get feedback on my pool pump as I got an external company to look at it meaning open up and see why the pool pump had no suction. Declined claim saying its wear/tear note nothing to the visible eye is worn accept that I was advised to service my pump and replace a connection made by previous owner. Absa and the service provider are both not just unprofessional but lacks sufficient and honest reporting. Don't waste your time with them.
