Poor service9

Was suppose to get cashback in June 2023 but I have not received it. Every time I call I am told about finance lady who is never available. Consultants ( Mzwandile, Jabulile Vilekasi, Clearance and Mma-Mpho) are not helpful at all, they always say the matter is escalated to finance department and that there is nothing more they can do. I mean they deduct money from my account every month without a fail but paying cashback is such a huge job. I wrote a complain email to them but no one bothered to call me. This is unprofessional and shows no respect to thier customers. Its evident enough that one cannot rely on Absa Idirect Insurance. Can I be paid my money please.
