Poor service since day one

Since day one Absa Activate was just a nightmare.

With people phoning you to take out the insurance 5 times a say even after you accepted the insurance to the claims department.

I have been dealing with Porcia with no success. Been emailing her for close to a month now without any feedback. I am strugeling to get my claim details.

No option for call back or what so ever. Need to hold on for 30min plus just to maybe get an answer then phone gets cut off.

Will not recommend this insurance to anyone.

Beani to get discount on your insurance ia juat as bad. Have been involved in an accident pressed the panic button and stil waiting for the call a month later. Seems like n just need to cut my loss and forget about my claim and just vind a better insurance company
