Poor Service! Ignoring emails!

Maybe you will stop ignoring my emails now.

The contractor that was appointed for the repairs of the fence is Khaki Construction.

Herewith I would like to inform you that we have asked Khaki Construction not to come back to the premises because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism on how to repair a very simple fence. Yesterday they have been back for the 4th time to come and try to repair it but without any success. The main reason for this is, the owner of Khaki Construction makes use of second-hand material that was already used by someone else that he buys from Steyn Staal. Steyn Staal in Tzaneen have also confirmed this to me.

Can you please send an assessor to come and have a look at the mess they have made and also get a proper and experienced contractor to come and repair the fence, its been more than a month now. We can not continue like this.

Secondly, I have already paid the contractor Bushbird Consulting for the removal of the tree, I did submit the photos and invoice. When will I be reimbursed for that?
