Poor service from Absa insurers

I am very dissatisfied with the service. Addressing issues with Complaints department or Sipervisors also unsatisfactory. Claims take too long to be finalized compared to other insurers. Following up on claims is very taxing and takes up too much of time. It is frustrating to repeat all information repeatedly to consultants.. Very unprofessional service. I am definitely switching for better service. I dont recommend them
