Poor service from ABSA Insurance

People stole copper pipes at my home abd in the process damaged the geyser. This incident happened on Friday 10 April 2026. It is Monday 13 April and up untill now now repairs has been done. According to the Plumbers they are waiting for approval from ABSA. I have called ABSA several times with no result. Three times the call was dropped while speaking to a consultant. It is now three days without water and any help.
