Poor service from absa insurance

Absa home insurance is the worst, very poor services and they never call or update you, ill been a client for last 13 years and no joy, my house was recently flooded by a storm all my stuff was damaged its gone 3 weeks and still fighting a battle i called in like 30 times and they never called me not even once my damages are almost 190k they offering me 48k it clearly shows im been **********, i will not advise anyone to take insurance policies with absa coz when u got a claim they will let u down badly
