Poor service
Poor service, I have since made a claim on the 22 July 2020 but to date no help has been received. They don’t want to send me a letter that I’m not claiming from my insurance
I’m disappointed I hate poor service

I requested a non claim letter from insurance, I was therefore adviced to open a claim and close it in order to receive the letter
