Poor service ever

This is a unprofessional company since i was involved in a car accident with their client on the 25 of April even now im still waiting for my car to be fixed. Also their client her car it's not done yet. I will never recommend anyone to have Absa insurance. They've got a very bad service. They keep on asking the documents and I gave them all the paperwork to get my car fixed, till today, worse of them all no one talks or reply to ony of their Whastapp or email. Sad experience with them, even to me I will never be their client and anyone who is their client right now you better take this as it's coming to you too💔💔😭😭😭
