Poor service

In 2013 we had a hail storm my whole roof was damaged I put a claim with Absa Insurance they send their contractor to fix the roof. After the hail we never experienced heavy rain later we experienced heavy rain so the roof started to leak I contacted Absa they send another contractor to fix the problem but the problem was not fixed they almost sent four different contractors but still the problem is not resolved. This year January the ceiling fell on top of my car due to the roof fault. I contacted Absa they send another different contractor to check they removed the rubble and put them in my yard promised to clean up when they're coming to fix. But to my surprise they send their accessor and he declined the claim stating that is a workmanship how because it's their contractors who worked on my roof all this years. I never had issues with my roof before the hail storm I excalated the matter but with no help I even requested for written feedback from their accessor but they failed to supply me with that also. I will be glad if Hellopeter can help me to resolve this problem because when it rain I don't sleep because of the leak and I am paying the insurance.
