Poor service

Honestly, the worst insurance provider. I have been using them through absa activate for my car insurance and it's been the worst, I was told it takes an assessor 3-5 business days to send an assessment report before the insurance can approve my claim, 8 business days later, not only did I still have no response, but when I called, I was told that they are still waiting for an assessment report. They are quick to debit your account and get you registered, but the same quickness is not seen when it comes to providing help. Don't waste your time with them.
