POOR SERVICE BY ABSA. VERY *********** AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I am very disappointed in ABSA. ABSA is a ****. I have submitted my insurance claim on the 2nd of December for incidental damage they have since sent people to come and inspect the house. 2 companies for that matter. On the other side they let me sit on the phone for over two hours and claim they have an influx of calls. My roof is damaged and they are not getting back at me. When I call they tell me stories that they appointed service providers and those service providers tell me they do not know anything regarding my claim. ABSA can you come and attend my house because since the 3rd your portal says after 48 hours. You are hasty to debit the money but services are poor. I cannot afford to be made a fool by you while I am paying you. I left dozens of emails and you are not getting back to me. You keep telling me false information. If you are unable to fix tell me so that I can look for another company that will pay me and i appoint my own contractors. It is unfair that every month you take money and when there are problems you play hide and seek when there has never been a problem getting money from me. My roof is and house is getting affected with your delaying tactics. Send people to come and work here. ASAP. I don't want to hear any nonsensical stories.
