Poor service by Absa iDirect car insurance company

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Absa iDirect. After joining, I did not receive my policy document as promised. I followed up twice by phone and was assured it would be sent, yet weeks passed with no communication. I then attempted to cancel the policy, but despite numerous calls, I have been unable to reach the cancellation department. It is concerning that Absa iDirect responds quickly when signing up new clients, yet fails to deliver basic service thereafter.
