Poor service at it's best.
Tried reaching them for the entire weekend with no luck. My app hasn't worked for two months now as if that's not all, I bought a new vehicle and I wanted to update my policy as I did a trade-in, and guess what? Nobody assisted me and now I'm driving a car that's not insured. I'm having the worst experience with you guys.

31 Jul 2024, 08:57Honestly you guys are out of hand now. I am sick and tired of you guys. Please terminate my contract I don't need such poor service, it does show that when I'm in need of serious assistance I won't be assisted. I sent another email and I'm being ignored C-***9.
