Poor service at Absa home insurance

On th 19 June 2024 i made a claim with absa home insurance after experiencing floods in my house..their assessors came on the 24 July 2024 and i have not received feedback since then i have been making follow-up with them via email at ***ca refererences C ***3 , C ***4 and also have been calling ***which i don't get through in this number since 16 August 2024 as the lady who was helping told me she is out of the office so i should call or email . Unfortunately i have been emailing with no response.. I just need a feedback on the outcome of the claim this is long overdue
