Poor service and unauthorised double the amount debit!

I wish I had read the reviews earlier because not even a month in and this company proved that they are not reliable!! Called two days starlight and the only response I got was through an email that said they will get back to me on 28th🙂↕️💔 mind you I had to text them on Twitter to even get this response. Cancelled my insurance and guess what..? I was debited double the amount after I was told I will mot be debited. Sent emails and called only to be told the matter will be escalated but till date no one has reached out about the matter! This is sickening. I dodged a bullet!
