Poor service and incompetency
On the 08.04.24 I lodged a complaint about absa home insurance concerning my roof that was repaired by their 3 contractors but the roof was never fixed properly. They rep**** and said I must get my accessor of which I did and paid out of my pocket so now the accessor requested the previous contractors reports but the insurance only gave me the first one(claim no ***)but they failed to give me the last two who worked on the roof. I am requesting the insurance to supply me with the full report for what they paid the insurance for.
