Poor service and empty promises...

I am extremely dissaponted at the service I have received ever since I had to claim for car insurance. Firstly, the call centre to report accidents is not efficient. I spoke to three agent before I could get proper help at the accident scene. Secondly, I specifically mentioned when I took out the insurance that I do not drive a manual car and therefore the car hire service I took out must cater for an automatic in the event that I claim. This was agreed upon , but unfortunately I find myself without a car for days because they can't find an automatic car. I cannot even go to work so I find myself asking why I paid for car hire in the first place. I am extremely dissaponted!!!
