Poor service ABSA Insure

My debit order did not go of as per the date we agreed on. I have tried calling them but really poor service since 8h00 this morning. I sent emails but stil no answer from any one. My issue is they can decline any claim as the debit order did not go through. I checked my statement and no debit order was done
