Poor service

I have +- 3 days trying to get hold of Absa Idirect , no one answers the phone or you get transferred to different consultant and still no one answer. My premium increase without notification and worse at this state of the economy with no salary increases. i demand my premium to be reviewed please or can someone call me.....
