Poor service

Extremely disappointed in the level of service I received from ABSA and their service provider Slade construction. With my property leaking water due to a storm I am told that the service provider is unable to attend to my issue. I am then asked to get my own service provider to come out to assess my damages. Is this the type of service ABSA and their affiliates provide?
