Poor service

I am so disappointed, I have been trying to reach claims department with no luck. Phone rings no answer, customer service take my number and promise that I will be called, still today. I sent email and used their online claim system, I receive case number but no feedback or call received.

May someone call me from claims department😡😡😡😡
