07 Sept 2026, 11:16Early August i wrote several emails to the insurance and informing them about the cheaper insurance i got and that they should cancel the existing debit order but i got no response and month end they went ahead and debited my account. I called the several times with no luck and when i finally got the response i cancelled the insurance and i was told that the money should be in account within 7 seven days.
Today Monday the 7th of Sept 2026 a guy called Sibisiso Lubisi responded by saying I'm driving in arrears instead I'm the one who should refund them. Last year i laid a claim of broken windscreen until now it was never fixed and i told to cancel the insurance of the Mercedes and they didn't. When you emails they don't respond and when i was stuck by the road needing emergency respond they never answered.
