Poor Service

<p>I have contacted Absa Idirect for amendments to my policy... which were done.</p> <p>After receiving my new quote I have contacted them twice asking about the price difference whereto not one of the consultants could give me answers and sent my enquiry through to their manager to contact me. It is now 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard a thing from them.<br />Very, very disappointed in this poor quality service!</p>
