Poor service

This is one of the worst Insurance I’ve ever had for a car insurance and they do not communicate with people who have a policy with them, I canceled my policy with them because they do not remain true to their agreement , I stopped my policy with them and then come the day of the debit order they take more than what I agreed on on the policy I took out with them and then they don’t even tell me if my policy has been canceled to actually confirm and call me but yet they debit where else I no longer have a policy with them, this is the poorest service I’ve ever got from such a big financial institution and they are far the worst when it comes to giving out the service and the sales consultant Sibongile Mahlaba was the one who I was talking to when she was helping me take out the policy but now when I require some answers for the last past days asking for assistance via their chat service on twitter all I have been getting is “we have escalated your complaint to the complaints team and will be in contact with you in due time but they never do call but all they know is taking money from peoples accounts even due they have canceled the policy
