Poor insurance service

I had roof and door damage that I reported. The door claim was rejected as ABSA said it was a maintenance issue. The fact is the door was actually fitted by ABSA insurance amd is too short, hence the water gets into the house from under. During repairs to the roof, some tiles fell off and one broke. The repair company just put the tile back as broken as it was. Now I have one mosaic tile in my kitchen!
