Poor customer service

I received an email on the 28 of March 2024 Advising that someone will call from their office but no one called I called on the 2nd of April 2024 and Raymond answered my call and said he will ask someone to call me from the shortfal department but no one called me. Ghe very same day received an email stating that Raymond Musana will be in contact with me to update on what's happening with my claim but I haven't received anything as yet. This worst service I have received
