Poor Customer Service

Horrible, horrible customer service. They will keep you on hold for an eternity for the smallest ammendments. Took me 22 days for them to process my cancelation request via email because I was tired of being put on hold for an hour only for the operator to drop my call. I'm glad to see the back of them.
