POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I AM USING ABSA ACTIVATE FOR CAR INSURANCE AND THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR. They are not responding to their email. They are not answering to the calls. Your problem is not their problem but each and every month they deduct money for insurance premium.
