Poor customer experience, again.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since the submission of this claim and despite going to great lengths to provide the required supporting documents your assessment is still incomplete. Of the two invoices provided, as per your specific format requirements, only one has been assessed without any explanation. Not only I have sent this information to you via email but also uploaded onto your self service portal. How on earth could I still be expected to trust you as a service provider with such shoddy service. Claiming is an absolute nightmare.
