poor communication and service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite numerous request for assistance my concerns have been consistently dismissed with excuses. The lack of support and prioritization is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and communication is frustrating and I have repeatedly asked for a clear timeline on when my claim will be sorted but this information has not been forthcoming.
