Poor and unreliable service from Absa home insurance

Absa home insurance has such a poor service and they are so unreliebale.My policy number *** I called them for a blocked drain in my house and they refused to help me.They tell me they are not support the incoming pipes only not out going pipes.While on their schedule they have specified that if you need any plumber services we are a phone call away.I would not recommend this insurance to anyone ,instead I am cancelling mine.
