Poor and unprofessional service provider

Unprofessional service. Lack of info supp**** the day i took out the policy. Now that i have a claim they only cover bare minimum. Asked several times for documents to be forwarded to me but nothing and the claims department was so rude and hanged up on me after i called in and hold the line for about 20 minutes because app and the whatsapp line is completely as when i log in it shows no claims on both platforms
