POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Absa Activate If I give zero stars I would! Absolutely appalling customer service, I have tried calling and emailing for weeks now regarding my premium and app but to no avail. How is anyone meant to trust this company in an emergency setting when they can't even respond to a basic email! I hope someone can get off their butt and actually do some work!!! Utterly disappointed and feeling beyond disrespected!
