Policy with Absaidirect ***

I had a policy with absa idirect Policy No ***and I did not pay my policy for a month and on the second month on the 26 Sept I send them email telling them that they must contact me so that we can arrange payment since they told me that I must not worry they will double debit in Sept They did not call me back email was sent at 18-57 on Thursday bt Friday nobody contacted me They sent me email telling me that my policy was under grace period until 29 Sept that is why on the 26 Sept I contacted them bt they fail to get Bek to me On Saturday the 28 Sept I had an accident and I called them.on the scene and they towed my car because I ws still under grace period till 29 bt now they refuse to pay my car saying that I sent them the email for banking details late after hours forgetting that even so I was on grace period till 29Sept and if they saw the email Friday morning the 27 they were suppose to call me as per email and they were going to get the premium bt now they failed me And m asking them why did they tow the car if I was not covered cz the consultant said my policy is active bt there's to premiums outstanding and ii told her I did email.bt no response and she said I must not worry I must call again on Monday then Sunday they told me that my policy has lapsed and Monday they refuse to pay for my car after towing it and they ddnt even tell me the company keeping my car alerted me and I had to call them bt to me they said they are investigating the matter within the management
