Policy review
I was up for my one year policy review and called ABSA IDirect. While I think it should be the insurance company who call the client for a review, I was very happy with the consultant I dealt with. His name is Thabiso. He was courteous and patient even though we had a bad connection. He didn't rush through the process and we even discussed topics outside of the policy. My policy was ammendment without any issues and I was able to save a bit of money on it. Thank you Thabiso.
