Policy cancellation

I called today thought my query will be sorted in a jiffy however I am being taken from pillar to post. Called spoke to Risana who was supposed to send me an email for me to forward my new policy schedule for the cancellation to commence however I am still waiting. I then called spoke to Lerato who seemed to be ignoring me or having a bad connection I don’t know. It’s sad that when they call they have all the time to explain in detail however cancellation is an issue. I just want cancellation and reimbur*****t nothing much.😟😟😟
