Policy cancellation

I have been asking ABSA idirect to cancel the insurance I have with them. Sent multiple emails and only for me to get automated responses. I tried calling them but no one answers my calls. I have not received any policy documents with them but they have already debited my account. Also, I no longer continued to purchase the car hence I wanted to cancel my policy with them. I find it to be very concerning that they don’t respond to emails and calls.
