I took out Absa Building insurance in 2000-05-05. After 22 years I noticed a defect in one of the outer walls. I contacted Absa Building insurance to evaluate the problem and discuss corrective action on how Absa intend to address the problem. I received the following claim number: ***. After a couple of weeks later someone phoned on behalf of Absa stating that Absa will not pay for restoring the outer walls. Up to now no written feedback was given by Absa on the decided outcome.
