So i had a claim for a water pipe that burst under my bath and leaking out to the cavity wall into to yard on the 8th of may. The 9th of may there was a company sent out to inspect. The plumber assigned to the call out drilled a hole in the wall the size of a soccer ball with his collegue through the wall to access the warm water pipe going to the tub tap. They fixed the leak and then we asked and this is were you can see this is a connection of a connection probably inside absa insurance. When are you gonna come close the large hole you made, he said we have to leave it open to dry inside first. I guessed ok make sense. Today is the 18th of May and i asked my fiance handling this for me at home did the guy closed the hole and she said no not yet. So i asked her to phone absa first and ask what the **** is going on. Then absa said its past 5 the afternoon the only take claims not calling people to come out immediatley. Then i asked my fiance phone this plumber that drilled this massive hole outside my side wall and asked its seems to be dry days ago when are you gonna come close it. The cheecky ness and this is were you can see he probably got this claims service for absa from and inside person told my fiance all of a sudden its not his responsibility to close the hole there will be other people who will do it. We were stunned because absa dont say anything and this plumber left us with and empty excuse running away with false mis lead information. Now we sitting with a hole in our wall the size of a soccer ball and nor absa or the plumber can attend or give a reason the past 10 days why nobody has come back to us. The plumber mr sibualo from way west plumbing is a lair. If he come to handle a repair please ask absa to send someone else immediatly. I am in america working guesiing why this guy took the chance of lying to my fiance at home about closing the wall and dissapeard cause obviously he got his money from absa and our access money and never came back.
