PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL MY ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE

I have been trying to cancel my Absa iDirect car insurance since November 2025. I have sent numerous emails to *** & ***, with not even a single acknowledgement of my request, just an automated reply with no response.

I've phoned so many times & each time the phone rings endlessly, not one time has anyone ever picked up to assist me, just forever on hold! I'm starting to believe no one actually works here.

Has anyone been assisted with a policy cancellation of recent? Kindly advise on how you were so I can get this policy cancelled, thank you
