Pleasant call with Lucia Mbanjwa
I called into idirect to have an insurance review done. I spoke to Lucia Mbanjwa. Apart from pronouncing my last name wrong,lol,She was great at explaining every single thing I asked. I managed to get a good discount. A bit of relief for this year with everything else going up. Thank you idirect
