Patheticism of activate insurance by ABSA

ABSA idirect and activate insurance have decided to debit my bank account though request for cancellation was done over a month ago due to the ridiculous service they were rendering that made me realise they were going to be a headache to me. After this cancellation, they never bothered to call back and whenever you call, there is a chain of personnel who continually transfer your call to the next individual. I want my money back for there was no agreement and no assessment of my vehicle was ever done! I amazes me how efficient their finance department is when they debit accounts but cannot even answer a call nor respond to an email.
