Pathetic Service! Not paying out refund due.
I have sold my house in January 2024. - there is a refund due to me on the HOC insurance which ABSA Insurance Company fails to pay out. I have followed up telephonically numerous times. Every time they tell me the payment is being processed and will reflect in my account within 3-5 business days... it is still not reflecting. They are not responding to emails, even escalation emails from my attorney gets ignored. Really pathetic service!
