Pathetic Service from Absa iDirect

I logged a claim with Absa iDirect Insurance on the 31 December 2024 for a car accident. I have been taken from pillar to post about the outcome my claim, 18 days later. I have no other means of transport and they can’t even consider a curtousy car. What kind of insurance is this, totally pathetic.
