Pathetic service from Absa Activate

I am disgusted to say the least with the level of of service, or lack thereof received from Absa Activate. Zero responsiveness, policy just becomes inactive randomly and cannot submit a claim. No callback after pressing the panic button a million times and worse cannot even cancel the policy as nobody ever answers their calls.
