PATHETIC SERVICE

I waited online for an 1hr on Thursday 05 Dec 2024 from 10am to get connected to a consultant after listening to the Voice talk ******* every few seconds only to be placed on hold for another 15mins and the call dropped. Your business wants me to install a tracker but you don't make it easy and I have to follow up all the time wasting my data or call time... What the actual ****! YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Call me back for a change !... AND I GUESS YOU WILL READ THIS NEXT YEAR WHEN YOU PENALISE ME FOR NOT HAVING THE TRACKER...
