I am having the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company.

I claimed last year November 2022, when a branch from a tree fell onto my carport roof and damaged a few tiles. I never heard from them until the heavy rains came in January and the whole tree collapsed on the car carport and damaged 3 vehicles.

Since JANUARY 2023 ABSA insurance has only sent 1 company to quote (which was under quoted for the damages), we were asked to get 3 quotes on our own which we did, since then we have tried numerous times to get hold of them via emails and phone calls which were never returned till date.

ABSA has refused to pay for damages to the vehicles, which do not belong to me!
